Aftercare Support

Our aftercare support is second to none. We have built lasting relationships with all of our customers due to the first class response we give. Any issues are logged and dealt with in a timely manner and 80% of our logs are cleared with telephone support. Should the need arise where a problem can not be dealt with by telephone support, the average wait time for an engineer visit is 24 hours.
We often hear how some non Opus customers have waited weeks for an engineer call out or even a response to their problem;this is not good enough. We understand how production can rely solely on the CNC machine or Laser machine and work to find a solution which decreases the downtime by organising the fix straight away.
All of our machines come with 2 years parts and labour warranty, which can be extended to 3 years where necessary; all machines come with lifetime telephone and email support.
