Opus CNC supports Trafford Veterans
Opus CNC were recently thrilled to hear from Claire, one of the co-founders of Trafford Veterans in Greater Manchester.
This Trafford-based community group, founded in 2015, was devised to support the many honourable veterans from H.M. Armed Forces and Emergency Services adjust back in to civilian life through a range of social clubs, events and activities.
As soon as we heard Claire’s inspirational story, we knew we wanted to help. The team at Opus CNC has offered to donate a desktop laser machine to assist Trafford Veterans grow even further.
The group currently already offers its own mugs for sale, and now, with its new desktop laser machine, will be able to expand its merchandise with the power to engrave its own unique designs onto a whole range of different drinkware.
One of the reasons Trafford Veterans has continued to flourish is due to the support from a breadth of organisations, and Opus CNC is delighted to join a list of sponsors including Tesco, Warburtons and Taylors of Harrogate.
Opus CNC would like to wish Trafford Veterans all the very best for the future and sincerely hope our small act of kindness can help Claire and the team embark on new ventures.
To hear Claire’s story in full and find out more about this incredible group, Claire was recently interviewed by BBC Breakfast, which can be seen in the video below:
