Delivery & Installation

All of our CNC Routers, Lasers, Cutting Tables come with free delivery, installation and training as part of a package, including the offloading. We normally suggest a waiting time of 6 weeks at the most, however we do stock a vast range of standard size machines. Machines we have in stock, generally have a 2 week installation time at most, but we do look to install very quickly and a timescale to suit each individual customer.

Once an order is placed, you will be given your own personal operations agent. They will provide electrical specifications, guidance regarding the necessary equipment which will be required for the offloading procedure; whether a forklift is required or a hiab, for those without this facility and offer full support up until the machine is in place and fully commissioned.

Generally, CNC Routers and Plasma CNCs are installed over a period of a maximum of 2 days. This can have varying factors such as, electrical requirements and positioning of machine after delivery. We advise to be available on the 3rd day for a full day of training on the CNC machine and the VCarve software. The software training is extensive and our engineers are fully trained in all aspects of this software.  We pride ourselves on the knowledge the engineers have in all aspects of our machines and the software and how that is passed on to our customers. We never leave a customer without them being fully educated and confident in the full capabilities of our machines. The Oculus range of lasers and the Sirius Cutting tables are installed much quicker than the CNC Routers. This is due to the electrical necessities of the different ranges. The Oculus range of Lasers only require a 240v plug socket. These products are predominantly installed within a few hours and the machine and software training can last between 2 hours and 6 hours, dependent on each individuals’ capabilities and requirements.
