We provide comprehensive training, a straightforward step-by-step design-to-cut process using VCarve Pro, and ongoing aftercare support whenever you need assistance. How much space do I need for the machine?

The Olympus 1325 has an 8×4 bed (approximately 2.5m x 1.6m footprint) and requires around 1m of working space around it. It fits comfortably in medium-sized workshops, garages, converted garden rooms, or creative studios. If space is limited, we can offer advice on layout and space-saving options.

Can I use this with my own designs from Canva, Illustrator, or Inkscape?

Yes — you can export your artwork as SVG, DXF, or EPS files, which can be imported into VCarve Pro. From there, you can assign cutting or engraving toolpaths and prepare them for machining. If you’re new to digital design, we’ll help you get started by providing template files and valuable tips.

Can the machine cut detailed and delicate designs?
