How does automatic tool changing work?
The machine selects the cutter needed for each stage of a job and changes tools automatically. This reduces stops for manual cutter changes.
Is delivery, installation and training included?
Yes. Delivery, installation and operator training are included. We will confirm site access and installation requirements with you before delivery.
Do I need three-phase electricity?
Three-phase is standard. A single-phase configuration may be possible, subject to your chosen specification and an engineer's assessment.
Is CNC software included?
VCarve Pro is included. If you already use design or manufacturing software, we can discuss compatibility and any additional requirements.
Can I arrange a machine demonstration?

What warranty and support do I receive?
The Olympus PRO ATC includes a 24-month parts and labour warranty, subject to warranty terms, together with ongoing telephone, email and remote support.
