FAQs

01 Can I have a demo?

We offer demos at our showroom in our Durham office for the Olympus, Olympus PRO, Olympus ATC, Pegasus ATC and the Oculus fibre laser. All demos are to be booked in with one of our dedicated engineers who will show you the machines’ capabilities and answer any questions you may have. We can also organise a demo with one of our customers who are local to you, providing our customers consent. We can also offer virtual video demos. 

02 Is finance available?

Yes, we work in partnership with brokers  Anglo Scottish Finance and with their focused business approach means their processes are far quicker than banks or other institutions. Also, they can deliver a finance approval in hours, rather than weeks.

We can also provide finance quotations on all our machines to give a guideline to costs. These prices are naturally subject to individual status.

03 What are the lead times?

We generally have stock of the following machines with turnaround of around one week:

Olympus, Olympus PRO and Olympus ATC: 1325 and 1530

Pegasus ATC 1530 and 2030

For all non-stock and bespoke machines the current lead time is: 12 to 16 weeks.

04 Where can I get support?

With a reputation for excellence in our aftercare support, we offer various ways for you to receive aftercare support. Firstly, we have a an online customer portal where you can check out many troubleshooting videos and tips. You can also log a ticket with our support team here.

Additionally, we provide lifetime email and telephone support with all of our machines where you will be supported by our team of helpful engineers.

05 End of warranty?

We give free email and telephone support for the lifespan of your machine. Once the original parts and labour warranty has expired, you can either pay-as-you-go or chose to extend your warranty. We tailor service packages to suit many circumstances.

You can chose to extend warranties annually or up to five years to cover parts, labour or both. This can taken out at either the point of sale, or once the warranty has expired.

06 Do you service other brands?

Yes, we would firstly diagnose and troubleshoot over the telephone and recommend the most suitable solution. As our engineers have vast experience with various brand machinery, we currently help many customers who were unable to receive the right level of support from their previous supplier.

We also stock many parts for other brand machines, allowing for a faster turnaround of repairs where necessary.
