Oculus Flatbed CO₂ Laser
Large-format CO₂ laser cutting and engraving machinery for workshops, signage, fabrication, education, props and production environments.
The Oculus Flatbed laser is a cost-effective solution for businesses that need a larger working area for non-metal materials. Designed for cutting and engraving materials such as acrylic, MDF, plywood, plastics, card, leather and rubber, it combines practical production capability with Opus CNC delivery, installation, training and aftercare.
Built for Large-Format Non-Metal Cutting and Engraving
The Oculus Flatbed CO₂ laser gives businesses a larger working area than a benchtop or free-standing laser, making it well suited to signage, display work, education, set and prop production, prototyping, fabrication and creative manufacturing.
With RDWorks control, air assist, motorised up/down bed, CW chiller cooling and robust machine construction, the Oculus Flatbed is designed to provide a practical and dependable cutting and engraving platform for day-to-day production.
Industrial Features for Accurate CO₂ Laser Production
The Oculus Flatbed range brings together large working areas, proven CO₂ laser technology and the practical extras needed to keep production moving.
Large Bed Capacity Without Losing Detail
The flatbed format gives you space for larger sheets and bigger jobs, while the CO₂ laser system is capable of producing precise engraving, clean profiles and detailed cut work across a wide range of non-metal materials.
CO₂ Glass Tube
The Oculus Flatbed uses a CO₂ glass tube laser source, making it suitable for cutting and engraving many non-metal materials.
RDWorks Control
RDWorks provides laser control for creating, preparing and managing cutting and engraving work.
Motorised Bed
The motorised up/down bed helps with focusing and handling different material heights within the machine’s depth allowance.
Air Assist
Air assist is included to support cleaner cutting, reduce debris around the cut path and improve consistency.
CW Chiller Included
The supplied CW chiller supports stable operation and cooling of the CO₂ laser tube.
Training Included
Machine operation, software and safety training are included as part of the Opus CNC installation process.
