With up to a powerful 6kW, the Lumi ULTRA fibre laser can cleanly cut materials such as 12mm Aluminium, 25mm Mild Steel and 14mm Stainless Steel.

Yaskawa servo motors and drives on the Lumi ULTRA fibre laser give accuracy, smoothness and reliability, only found on high-specification fibre lasers.
Raycus Laser Source
Raycus laser sources are known for their high reliability & are manufactured to meet stringent quality standards, making them suitable for continuous use. Alternatively, we can opt for the Max laser source, if required.

Delivery
All Lumi ULTRA fibre laser machines as delivered by a HIAB lorry and is included in the price.
Installation
One of the Opus engineers will carry out the full installation. All Opus engineers are experienced and go through vigorous in-house training programs throughout their Opus careers.
Training
Machine and software training is fully inclusive with the Lumi ULTRA fibre laser and is divided into three sections: machine operation, software, and safety. We customise all training to match individual capabilities.

Is Opus a UK company?
Yes, we are based in the North East of England and we have an extensive team of engineers who work throughout the whole of the UK, including an engineer who is based in Northern Ireland.
What software is supplied?
We supply CypCut which is a highly regarded laser cutting software known for its ease of use, powerful features, and robust performance, making it ideal for the Lumi Ultra fibre laser machines. One of its key strengths is its intuitive interface, which allows users, even those with minimal experience, to quickly and efficiently design, edit, and execute cutting jobs.
Is training included?
Certainly! Our great engineers know how to capture and maintain the interest of their learners. They make training interactive, using practical examples, real-world applications, and engaging activities to keep the learners involved.
Is Delivery Included?
Certainly, your Lumi ULTRA fibre laser will be delivered by a HIAB lorry. Therefore, a forklift is not required to offload the laser machine.
Do I need 3-phase electric supply?
All Lumi Ultra fibre lasers are 415v (3-phase) supply, We can however, manufacture this machine in single phase if required.
What bed sizes are available?
We offer the Lumi ULTRA fibre lasers in five sizes, 1200x1200mm, 1300x2500mm, 1500x3000mm, 2000x3000mm and 2000x4000mm.
