Is Delivery Included?
Included within our comprehensive package, we provide the delivery of all Olympus PRO CNC routers. For models 1313, 1325, and 1530, our delivery is facilitated by a curtain sider lorry. For the larger models, a HIAB service is utilised. It’s worth noting that HIAB deliveries do not necessitate a forklift for unloading. However, for curtain sider deliveries, a forklift with a capacity ranging from 3 to 5 tons is required to complete the unloading process.
Is Installation Included?
Absolutely, a skilled and approachable engineer from our team will conduct comprehensive risk evaluations and provide any requisite guidance. To ensure a seamless installation process and avoid potential delays or cancellations, we kindly request that all electrical prerequisites be prepared beforehand.
Will Opus Offer Training?

You will receive machine training, safety management and VCarve Pro software training. Furthermore, our engineers adeptly customise their training approach to align perfectly with your requirements and proficiencies!
Do We Supply Tooling?

We advise discussing with seasoned tooling suppliers, like Cutting Edge Carbide, to address your specific tooling needs. Additionally, it’s important to highlight that all Olympus PRO CNC routers seamlessly accommodate ER32 collets.Â
What Warranty is included?
Our trust in the reliability of the Olympus PRO CNC router is unwavering, and that’s why we provide an extensive warranty covering parts and labour for the two full years. While some businesses might present a 3-year warranty, it’s essential to note that the third year often covers only parts. We emphasise the significance of avoiding situations where substantial labour expenses keep you bound to those terms.Â
What If I Don't Have 3 Phase?
Olympus PRO CNC routers come equipped with a 3-phase connectivity setup. Nevertheless, we do have the capability to produce the Olympus PRO CNC machine with a single-phase configuration. However, please be aware that this alteration will entail modifications to the specifications, including the replacement of certain components with single-phase counterparts, such as the spindle, vacuum pumps, inverter, and extraction system.
