The Lotus 5 axis CNC router is a heavy-duty CNC machine and weighs in at over 10 tons. We work with experienced machine movers to allow our Lotus CNC routers to be delivered safely and timely.

Is Installation Included?

Absolutely, a skilled and approachable engineer from our team will conduct comprehensive risk evaluations and provide any requisite guidance. To ensure a seamless installation process and avoid potential delays or cancellations, we kindly request that all electrical prerequisites be prepared beforehand.

Will Opus Offer Training?

Our team of engineers give Fusion 360 training and have the required post-processor to enable the Lotus CNC machine to work seamlessly. Once we have carried out the installation you will be provided with machine and Fusion 360 training.

Do We Supply Tooling?

Understanding that each customer possesses unique tooling requirements, our provision of tooling is primarily geared towards the training process. We advise discussing with seasoned tooling suppliers, like Cutting Edge Carbide, to address your specific tooling needs.

What Warranty is included?

Our trust in the reliability of the Lotus CNC router is unwavering, and that’s why we provide an extensive warranty covering parts and labour for the two full years. While some businesses might present a 3-year warranty, it’s essential to note that the third year often covers only parts. We emphasise the significance of avoiding situations where substantial labour expenses keep you bound to those terms.

What If I Don't Have 3 Phase?

Unfortunately, the Lotus CNC router is only available in 3 phase.
