Our Promise 

 

  • At Opus CNC, our aftercare support is incomparable. Thanks to the superior service we provide, we have built lasting relationships with our customers, with many returning for further machinery.

  • We encourage all customers with Opus machinery who are experiencing any issues, to log them with one of our technical support team and it with be dealt with in a timely manner. Luckily, 80% of our logs are cleared with telephone support, but should the need arise where a problem cannot be solved with telephone support, the average wait time for a call out is 24 hours.
  •  
  • We understand how production can rely solely on the CNC router or laser machine, and work to find a solution which decreases the downtime by organising a solution straight away.
  •  
  • Opus also maintain machinery not purchased from ourselves as the engineers have vast experience in this industry and are very familiar with other makes. Should you require any assistance in a non Opus machine, please email info@opuscnc.co.uk and they will ensure the enquiry is logged accordingly.
