Aftercare and support

Support does not stop once the machine is installed. Our team remains available for aftercare, servicing, technical assistance and practical guidance as your production develops.

Technical support Servicing Long-term guidance

A smoother installation starts with the right preparation.

Every workshop is different. By checking the essentials before the delivery date, you reduce delays and help our engineers complete the installation efficiently.

Check access routes

Confirm doorways, shutters, corridors, turning space and loading areas are suitable for the machine footprint.

Prepare offloading

Make sure forklift access, lifting capacity or HIAB requirements are confirmed before the delivery vehicle arrives.

Confirm services

Power, air supply, extraction and other services should be ready or clearly planned before installation begins.

Clear the workspace

Leave enough space around the machine for positioning, commissioning, training and future maintenance access.

Handled by engineers who understand the machinery.

The aim is simple: deliver the machine safely, install it correctly, train your team properly and leave you ready to move forward with confidence.

Answers before your machine arrives.

These are some of the most common questions customers ask before delivery, installation and training.

How long does installation usually take?
Installation time depends on the machine type, site access and customer preparation. Many standard installations are completed quickly, with training then carried out once the machine is commissioned and ready.
Do I need a forklift?
Some installations require a suitable forklift for offloading, while others may require specialist delivery such as a HIAB. We can advise on the most suitable approach before the delivery date.
What should be ready before installation?
Access routes should be clear, the workspace should be prepared, and power, air supply and extraction requirements should be confirmed in advance where applicable.
Is training included?
Yes, training is part of the handover process. The session is designed to help your team understand the machine, software workflow, safe operation and practical day-to-day use.
Can training be tailored to our experience level?
Yes. Whether your team is new to CNC and laser machinery or already experienced, training can be adapted around your knowledge level, materials and intended production work.
What support is available after installation?
Opus CNC provides ongoing support, aftercare, servicing and technical guidance to help customers keep their machines running effectively after installation.
