We have a dedicated showroom which houses the Oculus laser machine and the Olympus CNC router. We are able to demonstrate these machines most days as we have dedicated office based engineers who are available to show these machines fully.
We can also organise local based demos at a customer in your area.
We generally have stock of the popular size Oculus laser machines, Olympus CNC routers and Pegasus ATC router machines. For all stock machines, the lead time for delivery and installation is approximately 1 week and for all non-stock machines we would estimate between 8 and 10 weeks.
Installation of the Oculus laser cutters is 1 day and the Olympus CNC router machines and Pegasus ATC routers take generally 2 days.
On install you will be given a dedicated engineer who will supply their direct contact number, leaving you with the confidence you will always have a direct point of contact. We also have a team of dedicated aftercare support engineers who are available for additional support.
With all Opus CNC router machines and laser cutters, you will receive a lifetime telephone and email support warranty. Our main goal is providing premium customer service and we always ensure our customers have the confidence they would be supported throughout the lifespan of their machine.
We can also provide additional extended warranty should this be required for an additional cost. This can be taken out at point of order or after the completion of original warranty.
We offer annual services on all of our machines. Annual services consist of a full check up of mechanical and electrical components. This is to ensure longevity and maximise efficiency and productivity and also to minimise future downtime.
Yes, we would firstly diagnose and troubleshoot over the telephone and recommend the most suitable solution. As our engineers are experienced with various branded machinery, we have helped many customers who haven’t received the required level of support from their supplier.
We also stock many parts for other branded machines, allowing for a faster turnaround of repairs where necessary.
