A: As a stockist of CNC parts we would be confident to supply replacement parts quickly and with expertise. Should bespoke parts be required, the average wait time is 7 days.
A: Our machines are delivered and installed within one day and the second day is requested for our training program for up to 4 members of staff.
A: We generally stock the Olympus 1325 and 1530 models and the Pegasus 1325, 1530 and 2030 ATCs. Should a CNC not be in stock, the average wait time is 6 to 8 weeks.

Our main goal is providing premium customer service and we always ensure our customers have the confidence they will be supported for the longevity of their machine. We also can provide additional extended warranty should this be a requirement, at an additional cost.
A: Yes, we would carry out a full inspection of the machine and recommend the most suitable package. Our highly qualified engineers have experience in numerous brands of CNC routers and laser machines and are competent in carrying out repairs the same day.
A: We would first log your enquiry with our technical support department to ascertain the exact problem with any machine and should the issue require a call out, our average waiting time is 36 hours.
